Two nights' accommodation in a brand new 3*** hotel on the sea front (see gallery tab)
Facilitation of some fun ice breaker games before dinner on Friday evening
Badminton hub access until 4pm both Saturday and Sunday if you want to stay later
Facilitation of badminton pairs / competitions to mix things up
Shuttle cocks, nets and posts provided at the badminton hub
2 course set menu on Friday evening at the hotel (ask to see menu, able to cater for most dietary requests if requested at least 2 weeks in advance to arriving)
Prizes
Breakfast buffet serving hot and cold food including hot drinks both Saturday and Sunday mornings
Use of the gym inside the hotel
Light buffet style lunch provided at the hub on Saturday and Sunday (range of options, able to cater for dietary requests if requested at least 2 weeks prior to arriving)

Parking at the hotel - £10 per car per 24 hours (£20 total for 2 nights)
Drinks
Rackets - please bring your own
Coaching/teaching - this weekend is to play only
Spa treatments at the hotel (you should book before, please ask for details)
Dinner on Saturday night - we can eat together (organised) or you can eat separately, but you need to pay for this
Transport to/from the hotel (TQ4 6BQ) to/from the badminton hub (TQ3 3WA) - about 30 mins walking, 8 min drive if we car share. I will set up a car share sheet and will also be driving myself to take people

Minimum group number is 16 people (4 courts) maximum is 64 people (16 courts)
If 30 days prior to arrival, we do not have sufficient numbers, you will be contacted and receive a full immediate refund, or if you want to transfer to another weekend, you are welcome to do so
Payment must be made in full when booking and payment is taken
Cancelation within 30 days of the weekend commencing will incur a 100% cancelation fee
Cancelation within 31 - 55 days of the weekend commencing will incur 75% cancelation fee and you will receive a refund of 25% of what you paid
Cancelation within 56 days or longer of the weekend commencing will incur a 50% cancelation fee and you will receive a refund of 50% of what you paid
